Title For raising the sum of £20,000 upon the manor of Port Dungloe in the county of Donegal, the estate of the Right Honourable William Conyngham, to be expended together with another sum of £20,000 granted by parliament in promoting the fisheries on the western coast of the county of Donegal, in the manner therein mentioned.
