Title For the more effectually carrying into execution the purposes of an act passed last session of parliament, for appointing commissioners to enquire into losses of such of his majesty's loyal subjects as have been sufferers in their property during the subsisting rebellion in this kingdom, and for providing a fund for rewarding in manner therein, persons who have rendered service by discovery of traitors.
