Title For making an exemplification of the last will and testament of James Whitshed, late of Burlington Street in the city of Westminster in the kingdom of Great Britain, esquire, evidence of such will within the kingdom of Ireland, and to enable James Hawkins, now a captain in his majesty's royal navy, to assume the name and bear the arms of Whitshed in addition to his own name.
