For removing doubts in relation to securities taken by Papists or persons professing the Popish religion arising upon two acts of parliaments made in this kingdom in the 2nd and 8th years of the reign of her late majesty Queen Anne, one entitled an act to prevent the further growth of Popery, and the other entitled an act to explain and amend the law.
