Title To enable Charles Mosse, during his minority, and in case of his death without issue, to enable Jane Mosse, during her minority, by and with the consent of their guardians, to make leases for lives or years of certain plots or pieces of ground in the county of Dublin and county of the city of Dublin, and that such leases being made without fine, and at the best and highest rent, may be good against all persons.
Variant Title(s) To enable Charles Mosse, a minor, son of Bartholomew Mosse, late of the city of Dublin, surgeon and licentiate in midwifery, during his minority, and in case of his death without issue, to enable Jane Mosse, daughter of the said Bartholomew Mosse, during her minority, by and with the consent of their guardians, to make leases for lives or years of certain plots or pieces of ground in the county of Dublin and county of the city of Dublin.
