For granting to his majesty the several duties, rates and impositions therein expressed to be applied to pay an interest at the rate of £4 per centum per annum for part of the sums therein provided for, and an interest at the rate of £5 per annum for the residue of the sums therein also provided for, and towards the discharge of the said principal sums. |
