Title To amend and explain an act made in the 33rd year of the reign of Henry VIII entitled an act for tithes, and for other purposes therein mentioned.
Variant Title(s) For the more easy recovery and better securing of tithes payable to the clergy and others entitled to the same, and for the augmenting the salaries of curates, or any other person in holy orders by another title or denomination, who shall be legally appointed to assist the incumbent of any parish in discharging the duty thereof.
